Terms and Conditions

  1. Cemetery Regulations - The Customer is responsible for ensuring the purchased memorial conforms with the Cemetry's requirements. The Customer is responsible for all other Cemetery permits, stone setting, and memorial installation.
  2. Engraving Services - Standard engraving services are included in all monument prices, except memorial benches. See "Engraving" page for more details.
  3. Payment - All purchased Products shall be paid in full prior to shipping. Special Order Products will require 50 percent down payment at the time of ordering and the balance paid prior to shipping.We accept credit cards, checks and money orders.
  4. Sales Tax - Sales tax (9%) will be added to all orders shipped within the State of California, unless the Customer provides a valid resale number. All out-of-state Customers will be responsible for their local and state sales taxes.
  5. Pricing - All prices are FOB our warehouse in Mira Loma, CA. Prices are subject to change without notice. LSC reserves the right to refuse to sell or cancel any order.
  6. Warranty - LSC guarantees our Products to be free of defects and manufactured according to Customer's signed Approval Form.
  7. Natural Stone Color - The Customer acknowledges granite and marble Products will have variations in color and characteristics.
  8. Limit of Liability - The Customer agrees the maximum liability to LSC, its owners and employees, will be the price of the Product(s) purchased.  
  9. Cancellation - The Customer has the right to cancel the order within 3 days of placing the order.
  10. Returns - All undamaged "in-stock stone only" Products purchased can be returned up to 10 calendar days from delivery date for a full refund, less shipping costs both ways (if paid by LSC). The Customer shall contact Leonardo Stones to obtain a "return number" prior to returning the Product. All "Special Order" Products can not be returned.
  11. Product Damages - The Customer shall inspect the Product at the time of delivery and if the Product is damaged, please take pictures of the damages and note the damages on the Bill-of-Ladding and notify LSC within 1 day of delivery. Leonardo Stones shall not be responsible for any damages after the Product is delivered and accepted in good condition.
  12. Shipping - Shipping charges will be added to the Customer's invoice, unless transportation is provided directly by the Customer. All "in-stock" Products will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of signed Approval Form and full payment.
  13. Severability - If any provisions of this Terms and Conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provisions(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the the Terms and Conditions as a whole.
  14. Jurisdiction - The Customer agrees that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal action against LSC, its owners and employees, shall be the State of California Superior Courts.
  15. Privacy Policy - LSC agrees not to sell, trade, or provide its Customer's information to any third parties.
